This in-person seminar by EY will discuss how firms should conduct culture audits and the supervisory expectations of the UK regulators. The session will look at audit methodology in general and focus on the following key topics:
a) How to define organisational culture
b) The terms of reference of a typical audit of organisational culture, including case studies
c) The steps internal audit functions should take in preparing for culture audits
d) the views of the UK regulators

Linda Epstein – Linda leads culture services within the EY UK Financial Services People Consulting team based in London. Linda has extensive experience delivering culture and people strategy projects for many organisations across the UK and global finance services industry. Linda’s experience includes leading programmes focussed on culture audit, culture transformation and leadership development in the financial services sector, typically in response to regulatory action from the FCA and PRA.
