Recover your login detailsWe are delighted to announce the 2021 AFB’s Annual Regulatory Conference in partnership with Latham & Watkins. The conference will focus on the changing regulatory environment following the end of the transition period and the prospect of differing regulations in the UK and the EU. It will also look at the prospects for financial services regulatory cooperation between the UK and the EU with particular emphasis on the areas of money laundering reporting and climate financial risk.
Who should attend?
AFB members with an interest in the development of the regulatory environment following the (imminent) publication of the Memorandum of Understanding between the UK and the EU from the perspective of a non-EU bank conducting business in the EU or an EU bank conducting business in the UK as a third country branch.
