Vaccinations and Testing – Return to the Office
As banks consider the best way of ensuring a safe return to the office, there is much debate around the topic of vaccination. The results of our recent survey completed by 60 AFB members indicate a range of opinions on the use of Covid status certificates for employees and contractors, testing for those working in the office who have not been vaccinated, and concerning the practicality of arranging testing on the bank’s premises.
Reserve your place at this virtual event, which will start with a short introduction from Fox Williams, followed by a facilitated discussion in virtual break-out rooms for members to share what they are planning Back@Bank and to exchange ideas and good practice as well as concerns and questions with colleagues at different banks.
The AFB is delighted to partner with Fox Williams, who are working with banks and other employers to ensure they are following the latest guidance and are taking account of the risks, in preparation for the return to the office.
Please note that places are limited to 120 participants and restricted to one representative per member bank.
This session will provide an opportunity for AFB members to consider their approach concerning vaccinations and testing for employees and contractors returning to the office as the UK transitions out of lockdown. Members will be able to share ideas on what they are planning and how they intend to implement their plans.
The seminar will begin with a short introduction by Fox Williams followed by the results of the AFB’s recent Covid-19 survey including the issues of concern to those who responded plus some live polling of participants.
Members will then be placed in smaller groups for a facilitated discussion in virtual break-out rooms. This format is different from our usual online events and members will be asked to switch on their cameras to enable them to network, discuss the key issues and the best ways of dealing with them. Members will be able to share different approaches and hear what other banks are planning to do.
Finally, all participants will then reconvene as a larger group for closing remarks.
