AFB Complementary Workshop: Make Your Mark at the Workplace

Many believe that executive presence is something you are born with, and not something you can learn or develop. In this specifically designed complimentary workshop for AFB members, business voice coach and former C-suite leader Susan Room will demonstrate that everyone can build and improve their executive presence through small tweaks in their mindset, body language, speech and voice.

We are grateful to AFB member firm Bank ABC for hosting this workshop.

Why attend?

This highly interactive workshop will provide attendees with powerful insights, and a practical toolkit that they can use to:

  • manage negative self-talk and ‘imposter syndrome’
  • improve physical impact, and ability to elegantly ‘own the room’
  • articulate thoughts clearly, concisely and convincingly
  • flex their voice to influence, persuade and connect with others more credibly and effectively.

Learning outcomes:

  • a deeper understanding of how mindset affects body language, speech and voice
  • greater self-awareness and practical tips to enhance their executive presence
  • answers to questions like: ‘How can I develop my vocal brand?”.

Who Should Attend?

HR/Chief People Officers interested in developing their teams’ confidence, presence and communication skills and individuals that wish to enhance their executive presence by developing their physical, verbal and vocal impact.
