AFB Breakfast Roundtable with the Financial Regulators Complaints Commissioner

AFB is inviting CEOs or other senior colleagues a roundtable event with Rachel Kent, the Financial Regulators Complaints Commissioner. The Commissioner’s role is to review independently complaints about the actions or inactions of the UK’s current financial services regulators, including the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority.

We will discuss the work of the Complaints Commissioner and the experiences of firms working with the regulatory authorities.

Rachel was appointed the Complaints Commissioner on 01 January 2024. She was previously head of the financial services regulatory team at law firm Hogan Lovells and now is a Senior Consultant with the firm.
