AFB Non-Executive Directors Forum

The AFB and Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) invite you to attend an inaugural meeting of a Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) Forum that AFB is setting up in partnership with ‘NEDs in FS’ (www.nedsinfs.com).

The forum will be hosted by Clive Cunningham, partner at Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF). 

The event is an in-person event specifically for NEDs from international banks.

AFB does not hold the details of all members’ NEDs; please forward it to any NEDS on your board, who may find it of interest.

The meeting will cover issues flagged by NEDs from international banks where they experience challenges due to their responsibilities to the company and the expectations of the regulators.

The discussion will assist attendees in benchmarking against other NEDs working for international banks and allow them to share experiences.

The forum will be led by HSF and held under the Chatham House Rule.

An agenda setting out questions for discussion will be circulated to attendees in advance of the Forum.
