AFB Practice Roundtable: Neurodiversity in the Workplace

AFB, in partnership with PwC, are hosting an in-person practice roundtable on neurodiversity in the workplace.

Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace is a priority for employers seeking to create an environment where all employees can contribute their best work, optimise productivity and leverage the full potential of their workforce.  Fairness and inclusion in the workplace also provide a sense of psychological safety for all employees, helping them thrive at work.

Becoming neuroinclusive helps to build creative collaborations that draw on a diverse range of human strengths.  It helps prevent absenteeism, workplace bullying, discrimination, and lost productivity.

This roundtable will consider how member banks can be more inclusive, and how management teams can promote a neuroinclusive workplace.

Why attend?

Members will be invited to discuss how they are seeking to create inclusive environments, so that individuals feel safe to disclose their neurodivergence, and, together with PwC, how to support neurodivergent employees. Members will also be invited to discuss the challenges of supporting individuals that may be neurodivergent, whether formally diagnosed or not.

AFB will circulate an agenda and a series of discussion points and questions in advance to those registered to attend,

Note that capacity for the roundtable will be limited to 30 members, one person per member bank, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Who should attend?

This in-person seminar is aimed at the People and Business functions within AFB members.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know when registering.
