AFB Seminar: Transfer Pricing Requirements for Non-UK Banks

Grant Thornton will once again run a series of tax-related seminars exclusively for AFB members in 2026. This is the first in-person session in the series, which will provide an update on transfer pricing requirements for non-UK headquartered banks operating in the UK.

Why attend?

Multinational entities are permitted to use the transfer pricing methods to allocate earnings among their subsidiary and affiliate companies and branches that are part of the parent organisation.  This session will help AFB members understand the rules governing the use of transfer pricing in the UK, how these rules can be applied, and the transfer pricing documentation requirements that non-UK headquartered banks must comply with in the UK.

The seminar will cover key areas of tax authority challenge from a transfer pricing perspective, the UK transfer pricing documentation regime, and the transfer pricing process and governance.

Who should attend?

This session is aimed at those working in Finance and Tax departments.
