City HR Association 2024 Benchmarking Survey

AFB are delighted to be partnering with the City HR Association to offer members a preferential rate to participate in the City HR Association’s HR Policies and Practices Benchmarking Survey 2024.

This survey is undertaken every two years to help financial services firms understand the general trends in HR policies, practices and spend both across the sector and within a specific peer group.

This reputable survey will provide analytics to enable evidence-based decision making on your people policies – it is widely perceived to be the definitive guide to HR activities and thinking across the FS sector.

From the AFB Strategic Review and our ongoing discussions with members, we know that many firms are keen to benchmark themselves on many aspects of policies and practices, and we know talent management continues to be one of your top priorities.

Participants will receive a number of reports for your firm, including:

  • the results from all participants;
  • your selected peer group;
  • a bespoke report for each firm showing their ranking against all participants and peer group;
  • as well as an Executive Summary for CEOs.

Your answers will be aggregated and are completely anonymous.
