Are you in the first five years of your career in banking or financial services?

The AFB Young Professionals Network has been created specifically for early-career professionals across AFB member banks, providing a unique opportunity to connect with peers, learn from experienced leaders and broaden your understanding of the international banking industry.

We are pleased to invite you to the launch event on Monday 07 December, 17:30 – 20:30, where you will have the opportunity to:

• Build relationships with young professionals from across the foreign banking community.
• Gain insights from senior banking leaders on how to build a successful career in international banking.
• Develop your professional network beyond your own organisation.
• Learn more about key industry challenges, opportunities and trends.
• Become involved in a community focused on learning and future leadership.

Whether you work in front office, risk, compliance, operations, finance, technology, HR, legal or any other function, the network is designed to be inclusive and provide valuable opportunities for learning and collaboration across the sector.

The launch event will feature remarks from AFB leadership, a discussion with senior industry professionals on building a successful career in international banking, and a networking reception where you can meet fellow attendees from across the AFB membership.

This is an opportunity to expand your network, gain new perspectives, and become part of a growing community of emerging talent within the international banking sector.
